Question & Answer Q: How can I make the data cable work? A: 1. Make sure the USB port on PC is working. Use another USB equipment like USB mouse to test it. If PC detect the new device, it indicates USB port is ok. 2. Then connect data cable to mobile phone on one side, plug the other side into PC USB port, the PC should detect new hardware, otherwise, maybe data cable is broken. 3. If PC can detect mobile phone, you should follow our paper installation guide to load driver and application. 4. After driver and software installation, please check if the driver has been properly installed. Click "Start" -> setting -> control panel -> system -> hardware -> device manager. In "device manager", a properly installed driver should not have any yellow or red mark on the corresponding icon. And you should not find any yellow question mark in the device list. If you found yellow or red mark on icon or yellow question mark in the list, it indicates that driver/s is not loaded properly. In this case, you should get a PC technician to check the PC for you. 5. If the driver and software are loaded properly, when you plug data cable with mobile phone into PC, you can find that Mobile phone screen lights up or peep sound come from mobile phone. 6.
